Product development
We are continually developing new products, often in close cooperation with our customers. This has resulted in innovations that Rixona is very proud of. A few examples of succesful developments:
- Cold soluble mash potato; this flake based product has extremely high water binding and does not need heating on preparation.
- The possibilities for making special mixes, complete with all kinds of desired ingredients, are virtually unlimited. Our in-line mixing equipment enables us to mix any kind of powdered ingredients and the result is a complete mash potato powder.
- We have developed the granules SFG/SV, a unique product in the market. SFG/SV granules have such a high viscosity that they can be used as a substitute for flakes in snack recipes. This gives the final product a much more crispy texture. An added bonus is that it frequently also leads to cost reduction.
- We can produce flakes and granules without allergans.
